Fixed pricing applies as listed on our website. Prices only change if additional services, locations, or time are required.

Payments must be made on the day of service via cash or bank transfer. We do not take deposits.

You may amend or cancel your booking at any time, free of charge.

Customers are responsible for informing us in advance about any access restrictions, difficult items, or special handling requirements.

We reserve the right to refuse a job if adequate assistance is not available for heavy lifting, especially where a 1-man service has been booked.
