Damage Liability Policy

Goods in Transit – Damage Liability Policy

We carry Goods in Transit Insurance up to £10,000 per trip. However, for insurance to apply, the following conditions must be met:

Customer info:

Customers are responsible for packing their items securely, especially fragile items. Poor packing voids insurance cover.

We are not liable for damage to:

  • Fragile items that are not labelled or wrapped correctly

  • Boxes or containers that are overloaded, torn, or poorly sealed

  • Items packed by the customer without appropriate protection

High-value personal items

High-value personal items, such as phones, wallets, jewellery, cash, or documents, must be carried with you and are not covered under our Goods in Transit policy.

📍Important:
Please check all items for damage before we leave the job site.
Claims can only be discussed while we are still present. Claims made after we have left will not be accepted, as insurers may reject them.
