We’ve made booking your collection or move as easy as possible. Just fill in our online form with the details of your job and we’ll get back to you with a confirmation once we’ve reviewed everything.

✅ No Deposits – Payment Only on the Day

We don’t ask for card details or deposits when you book.
You’ll only pay on the day of your move or delivery, by one of the following:

• 💷 Cash

• 💳 Bank transfer (details provided on the day)

🔁 How the Booking Process Works

1. Fill out the online form with the job details

2. We review your request to check availability and avoid double-booking

3. We may contact you before confirming to clarify details (especially for house moves or larger items)

4. Once approved, you’ll receive confirmation by email or text

5. You can amend or cancel anytime with no fees

📦 Important Information Before You Book

• If your item is large or heavy, and you’ve selected 1 Man only, please ensure someone will be available to help with lifting. If not, the job may not be possible on the day.

• Our prices are fixed based on the load and number of men selected. They will only change if:

  • There is a delay waiting for keys

  • The delivery or collection is off the Isle of Anglesey
