• All bookings are subject to approval. We will confirm your request by text or email.

• No payment is required when booking. You pay on the day via cash or bank transfer.

• Prices shown include one pickup and one drop-off. Extra stops may incur additional charges.

• If you've selected a 1-man service, ensure someone is available to help lift heavy or bulky items. If not, the job may not be completed.

• Mileage charges only apply when travelling off the Isle of Anglesey. We include 20 miles of travel in our pricing.

• Bookings can be amended or cancelled at any time, with no penalty.

• If your address has restricted access, please tell us in advance.

You will receive a confirmation once your booking is reviewed. Please keep a copy for your records.
