Cancellation Policy

Online Booking Policy – Anglesey Moves All bookings are subject to approval – we’ll confirm by text or email. No payment is required upfront – pay on the day by cash or bank transfer. Prices include one pickup and one drop-off. Extra stops may incur additional charges. If booking 1 man, please ensure help is available for heavy or bulky items. If not, the job may not be completed. Off-island mileage charges apply only when travelling beyond Anglesey (includes up to 20 miles). Bookings can be amended or cancelled anytime with no penalty. Please let us know if there are access restrictions at your address. A confirmation message will be sent once your booking is reviewed – please keep it for your records.
