Your house clearance will be completed by the same people from start to finish.
That means:

We understand that some clearances are not just practical, but emotional too — and we always work with care and discretion.

We can clear part or all of a property, including:

• Houses, bungalows & flats

• Probate & bereavement clearances

• Rental properties & end-of-tenancy clear-outs

• Furniture, appliances & general household contents

• Carpets, fixtures and fittings (if requested)

• Lofts, garages and sheds

If needed, we can strip the property completely, removing everything you instruct us to remove and leaving you with a blank canvas.

Depending on the size of the clearance, we will either:

• Remove the waste ourselves using our vehicle(s), or

• Arrange a skip hire using a local, reputable skip company

👉 If a skip is required, the cost of skip hire is included in your quote — there are no surprise add-ons later.

Most of the cost of a house clearance comes from legal waste disposal, not labour.
Your waste will be:

• Taken to a licensed local waste disposal site (where fees apply), and/or

• Recycled or reused wherever possible, to reduce landfill

All waste is handled legally and responsibly.

House clearance pricing is based on the size and volume of the removal, not the time spent on site.

This means:

• You know what you’re paying upfront

• No hourly charges ticking away

• No pressure or rushed work

Pricing reflects:

• Disposal and recycling fees

• Labour and loading

• Transport and fuel

• Legal compliance

The larger the clearance, the higher the disposal costs — we’re always happy to explain this when quoting.

• We will only remove items you instruct us to remove

• Any items to be kept must be clearly identified before work starts

• If additional waste is discovered beyond what was agreed, the price may need to be revised

• Access, parking, and skip placement (if required) must be available or discussed in advance

• Hazardous or prohibited waste cannot be removed unless agreed beforehand

The easiest way to get an accurate quote is:
