Cancellation Policy

Please read our cancellation policy below: Cancellations with More Than 48 Hours' Notice If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please provide at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice will receive a full refund. Cancellations Within 12-24 Hours' Notice Cancellations made within 12 to 24 hours of your scheduled pick-up time will incur a 50% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from your deposit payment. Cancellations Less Than 12 Hours' Notice For cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled pick-up time, a full charge will apply, and no deposit refund will be provided. No-Show or Failure to Provide Access If our team arrives at the scheduled time and is unable to complete the job due to no fault of our own (e.g., failure to provide access, incorrect address), the full fee will be charged, and no refund will be issued. Rescheduling If you wish to reschedule your booking, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new time, subject to availability. Refund Process Any applicable refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, depending on your payment method. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.
